PIPELINE OF POTENTIAL PROJECTS IN GREENFIELD PHASE

Abinergy Green, S.L currently has a pipeline of projects in development, Ready to Build or in different phases in the province of Valencia.

Our goal is to progressively increase the pipeline of projects under development, increasing the size of our company in the coming years, and consolidating our presence in key locations, as well as continuing to study new opportunities in foreign markets.

PHASES

Once we have the Pipeline Projects, and based on the power capacity available in the Electricity Transport Network, we can show, as follows,  the different phases involved  and the corresponding value in each of them calculated according to an estimate of the sale market price to companies:  developers:

A) CAPACITY RESERVE PHASE

  • MILESTONES
  1. Creation of a vehicular company (SPV) for each project
  2. Preliminary analysis of the lines and Substations in each C.A. according to the table of available capacities and detail published by REE periodically.
  3. Prospecting of the areas and municipalities closest to the lines of RdT and S.E’s above. Selection of land by the following criteria:

 

  • Urban viability, with priority for those qualified as non-urbanizable common use that allow the direct implementation of PV projects
  • Topography: smooth and homogeneous surfaces.
  • Parcelling: bigger areas of a single owner, minimizing segregation in many owners
  1.  Presentation of the Guarantee required by the current regulations for the amount of € 40 / kWp before the competent authorities.
  2. Request for Access to REE or Sole Nude Interlocutor (IUN) for the Line or S.E. selected with the legal and pertinent documentation and proof of evidence of previous presentation of guarantee  before the competent administrations
  3. Obtain access and reserve evacuation capacity within a maximum period of 2 months
  4. Obtaining the Urban Qualification Certificate
  5. Obtaining commitments or lease agreements with the owners of the land
  6. Application for Registration in the Registry of Production Facilities in Special Regime (RIPRE)

ESTIMATED DEADLINE FOR ACHIEVEMENT

The time required to fulfil these milestones is approximately 6 months.

B) PHASE READY TO BUILD (RTB)

MILESTONES

  1. Connection Point request with the preparation of a Basic Project of the PV Plant, Transformer Substation Project (S.E.T) of the plant and Power Line Project. Completion of the technical instructions and form for this request.
  2. Obtaining the Connection Point
  3. Signing of the technical contract of access to the transport network to be signed with the owner of the RdT
  4. Performing Environmental Impact Study with all the corresponding reports to be sent to the different entities involved (Landscape, Culture, Water, Acoustic, ….)
  5. Obtaining the Environmental Impact Statement
  6. Execution of Executive Technical Project for Administrative Authorization
  7. Obtaining the Municipal License of Works
  8. Application for Administrative Authorization before the Territorial Service of Industry
  9. Obtaining the Prior Administrative Authorization
  10. Project approval
  11. Obtaining Construction Administrative Authorization

ESTIMATED DEADLINE FOR ACHIEVEMENT

The time required to fulfil these milestones is approximately 18 months.

  1. B) PHASE READY TO BUILD (RTB)

    MILESTONES

C) EXPLOTATION PHASE (EPC)

  1. Obtaining the corresponding Licenses and Authorizations by the City Council (Works License, Activity License)
  2. Application for Pre-registration in the Registry of Production Facilities in Special Regime (RIPRE)
  3. Request for Offers of Equipment and Services
  4. Subscription of contracts with suppliers
  5. Start of works: land preparation, ditches, installation of support structures, photovoltaic panels, wiring, converters, transformers, output substation (S.E.T.) plant and connection infrastructure to RdT
  6. Act of Provisional Commissioning of the Plant
  7. Registration in the RIPRE
  8. Certificate of Reading and Verification of Measurement Equipment
  9. Final Work Certificate and Final Commissioning Act

 

ESTIMATED DEADLINE FOR ACHIEVEMENT

The time required to fulfil these milestones is approximately 14 months.
